Main Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end users.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows laptops and desktops.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and Active Directory.
• Diagnose hardware, software, printer and network issues.
• Perform device deployment, imaging and user onboarding/offboarding.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and basic networking.
• Manage IT assets and maintain accurate documentation.
• Handle incident and service requests through ITSM ticketing systems.
• Coordinate with remote support teams and vendors.
• Ensure timely resolution while maintaining excellent customer service.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Experience in IT Support or Help Desk.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Active Directory administration.
• Entra ID basics.
• Microsoft Intune.
• TCP/IP networking.
• DNS and DHCP.
• VPN troubleshooting.
• Hardware diagnostics.
• Printer support.
• Remote support tools.
• ServiceNow or Jira.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Polish language B2.
• English communication.

Main Responsibilities

• Rack and stack servers, storage systems, switches, routers and firewalls.
• Install, replace and troubleshoot server hardware.
• Perform copper and fiber patching, labeling and cable management.
• Provide Remote Hands & Eyes support for infrastructure teams.
• Diagnose hardware, power and network connectivity issues.
• Verify server and network equipment installation.
• Support switch, router and firewall deployment.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and component replacement.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory.
• Update service tickets and technical reports.
• Follow data center operational procedures.
• Coordinate with remote engineering teams.
• Maintain clean and organized rack environments.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Experience in Data Center operations.
• Knowledge of servers and storage.
• Experience with Cisco networking.
• LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
